Meet Singer and Hotdog “Slinger” Carol.

Carol has entertained audiences as a singer, performer and emcee throughout the state of Connecticut for many years. As a well-known local entertainer, her fans may not that know her other passion is food, especially hot dogs!

Carol has also been involved in the restaurant industry in many capacities for over 30 years. She values good service with a smile and getting to know her customers.

Her appreciation for people and good food led to the creation of Carol’s Lunchbox. Her “dogs” are much more than fast food! They are customized to unleash your taste buds.
